PURPOSE
ISVAS 3 is a program package for the postprocessing of the FEM results.
The geometrical mesh and solutions can be plotted. The data are handed
over via special files. vemisv writes the geometrical nodes to
the node coordinate file
and the elements to the element file. The solution is handed over to
ISVAS by the variable field file, which is created by veis97.
vemdis has to be called before the first call of vemisv.

METHOD
vemisv writes the files on the first process only.
The Nodes
If DIM=3, vemisv writes the x-,y- and z-coordinates from the array
NOD (if DIM=2 or DIM=1, missing
coordinates are filled by zeroes). Only nodes are written which
are referred to by written elements.
The Elements
vemisv writes only the hexahedron, tetrahedron, quadrilateral and triangle
elements of order 1 and order 2. Since ISVAS 3 processes only one type
of elements, only the elements in the mesh with the maximal number of
geometrical nodes are written.
