Brian Gough: FFTs, numerical integration, random number generators and distributions, root finding, minimization and fitting, polynomial solvers, complex numbers, physical constants, permutations, vector and matrix functions, histograms, statistics, ieee-utils, revised CBLAS Level 2 & 3, matrix decompositions and eigensystems.
