Arc Tool
This tool is for use in creating labelled lines. Try setting some arrow parameters first [m]. To draw, select a start point and an end point for the arc. When you select the end point, a text box will appear in which you can enter the label text, just like the text tool. The line and the label can be moved about separately.You can attach to an object by holding down <Shift> during a button click.
